Port Agency Services

As your nominated port agent, we act as the primary interface between the vessel, the port authority, and all service providers during the port call. From the moment a vessel is nominated, we begin pre-arrival coordination — confirming berth availability, arranging pilot and tug bookings, notifying port health and immigration authorities, and preparing all required port clearance documentation in advance of arrival.

Our husbandry services cover every operational need during the port call — bunker supply coordination, fresh water and provisions delivery, spare parts and stores, cash to master, and waste disposal in compliance with MARPOL regulations. We work with a vetted network of UAE-based service providers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery within your vessel's port stay window.

For crew matters, we coordinate crew changes, arrange shore leave passes and transport, manage medical emergencies and hospital visits, and handle visa applications for crew members joining or signing off in the UAE. Our team has established relationships with UAE immigration authorities and the relevant consulates, enabling fast resolution of crew documentation issues. We also work closely with our liner agency and marine services teams for integrated vessel support.
