Kavalier Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. If you have hands-on experience in logistics and customs clearance and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate import & export shipments (air, sea, land)
- Manage customs clearance documentation and approvals
- Liaise with customs, port authorities, and logistics partners
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Arrange inspections and attend ports when required
- Identify delays and resolve operational issues proactively
- Maintain accurate records and support process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding / logistics
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance & port operations
- Experience with TAMM / ATLP systems (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments
- Knowledge of Dubai Trade is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
