Industrial Packaging

Every packaging solution begins with a technical assessment of the cargo — dimensions, weight, centre of gravity, fragility, and the specific hazards of the intended transport mode (ocean, air, road, or multi-modal). Our engineers calculate load ratings, shock and vibration tolerances, and stacking requirements before designing the crate or case. All wooden packaging materials comply with ISPM-15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures) — a mandatory requirement for wooden packaging entering most countries — and we provide the required heat treatment certificates and IPPC markings.

For export shipments, we work in close coordination with our ocean freight and air freight teams to ensure packaging dimensions and weights are optimised for the chosen transport mode. For project cargo and international projects, we provide on-site packaging services at your facility, construction site, or port — eliminating the need to transport unpackaged equipment to a separate facility.

Our anti-corrosion treatment services are particularly important for equipment being shipped to humid tropical destinations or stored for extended periods. We use VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) films, desiccant packs, and nitrogen purging for sensitive metal components, and provide vacuum-sealed packaging for long-term storage or ocean freight in open-top containers.
