Roles & Responsibilities

Management

Provide leadership, resources, and support for HSE programs. Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. Lead by example in HSE practices.

Supervisors

Implement HSE procedures in daily operations. Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks. Monitor compliance and address unsafe conditions immediately.

All Employees

Follow all HSE procedures and use required PPE. Report hazards, incidents, and near-misses. Participate in HSE training and initiatives. Stop work if unsafe conditions exist.
